Artemis Suites are located in Megalochori, a small picturesque village with neoclassical houses, stone-cobbled narrow pathways and whitewashed churches with characteristic bells.
Its history lies back to the 17th century as it was the home of merchants and wealthy land owners while it was also used as a pirate’s hideaway. Less than 60 years ago the village belonged to one of the most powerful families of the island who first produced the famous sweet wine Vinsanto and exported it throughout the world.
